Directions:
In a large stock pot over medium high heat, combine lentils, chicken broth, 2 envelopes ham flavoring and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 1 to 1½ hours until leaves are soft. Add onion, carrot, potato, ham, kielbasa, remaining ham flavoring and barley. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until barley is cooked and soup thickens. Remove bay leaves and serve.
