Each year we see over 30,000 visitors, and we are very excited for you to meet all of them! Before you continue with the application, please make sure you have the following items ready: - Proof of Insurance with a minimum limit of $300,000 General Liability and $300,000 Property Damage with the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, City of Pullman, the National Lentil Festival and Washington State University listed as “Additional Insured.” -Washington State UBI Number o The State of Washington Department of Revenue requires all special events provide them a list of vendors, that list must include the WA UBI Number. If you do not have one, you may apply for a temporary number. Visit https://dor.wa.gov/forms/temporary-registration-certificate or call 1-800-647-7706 and speak with the Tax Services Department. - Application Fee of $140 Applications will not be considered and/or accepted unless all items from the list above are submitted during the application process. All marketplace vendor spaces are two (2) days, no single day booths will be allowed. No refunds will be issued after June 15, 2018. Collection of WA State sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor. Proof of InsuranceThe Contractor (vendor) agrees to provide a business or personal liability insurance policy with a minimum limit of $300,000 General Liability and $300,000 Property Damage with the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, City of Pullman, the National Lentil Festival and Washington State University listed as “Additional Insured.” Food vendors must provide a business or personal liability insurance policy with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 General Liability and $1,000,000 Property Damage with the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, City of Pullman, Washington State University, and the National Lentil Festival listed as “Additional Insured.” In the event that the National Lentil Festival determines items displayed and or sold by the Contractor represent an additional risk to National Lentil Festival and/or purchasers, an increase in the amount of coverage may be requested at the festival’s discretion. Any exceptions must be approved by the National Lentil Festival and duly noted on this application. Proof of said liability insurance is required with vendor application.Before submitting this application, I understand the following: - Booth spaces are 10’x10’ and only open on one side. There is an additional fee if I want a corner booth. - I will not roam and will confine all sales to my purchased area. - I am responsible for providing items for and setting up my own booth. - I will not close my booth early. - I will adhere to all rules and regulations regarding festival parking. - I will apply for and purchase any required permits. I have read and understand the rules and regulations of the festival.* Yes Hold Harmless & Indemnification All services rendered or performed under the agreement will be performed or rendered entirely at the Contractor’s (vendor) own risk and the Contractor expressly agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, its officers, agents, employees, the City of Pullman and its officers, agents, employees, Washington State University, its officers, agents, employees, and the National Lentil Festival, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, loss, or damage including reasonable costs of defense that they may suffer as a result of claims, demands, actions or damages to any and all person(s) or property, costs, or judgments against the above mentioned parties and their officers, agents or employees, which result from, arise out of, or are in any way connected with the services performed by the Contractor under this agreement.I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the above mentioned parties as stated in the Hold Harmless & Indemnification article above.* Yes Upon clicking submit, you will be redirected to PayPal to securely collect your booth fee(s).
