Please read through the entire application carefully as there are changes. The food vendors will be located in Reaney Park and the Vendor Marketplace will be located in the Spring Street parking lot and Spring Street Park. All Marketplace Vendor spaces being sold for two days only (no single day space available). If you are a nonprofit (501c3 or 501c6) you may apply to be a Nonprofit Night Vendor which is space on just Friday night for $70. Before you go on, make sure you have a copy of your proof of insurance listing the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, City of Pullman, Washington State University and the National Lentil Festival as additionally insured as well as your Washington State UBI number. These items will be require before you will be allowed to submit your application. Estimated attendance over two days is 30,000 people. Please review the entire application carefully paying attention to deadlines and details. Submit the completed application along with the $135 vendor fee to the National Lentil Festival no later than 5:00pm, Monday, July 24, 2017. Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Deadline July 24, 2017. Vendors of all varieties are welcome to participate including but not limited to: arts & crafts, commercial, non-profit, etc. (Food vendors must fill out the "Food Vendor Application") Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served bases. Location Lot 158 Spring Street/Spring Street Park Pullman, WA 99163 Vendor Fee $135 No refunds after June 16. Collection of Washington State sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor. All booth reservations are for two days. No single day space available. Incomplete applications will NOT be accepted to hold a space. A complete application includes the following: ___Completed Application Form with WA State UBI Number ___$135 vendor fee ___Proof of Insurance (faxes or emails from insurance companies are not acceptable - the insurance form MUST accompany this application.) Exhibitor check-in is from 12pm - 4pm on Friday August 18. Exhibitors who have not checked in by 4pm will not be allowed to participate in the festival and there will be no refunds. Booth spaces are 10’ wide by 10’ deep (open only on one side). Vendors may buy additional booth space if desired. Adherence to the 10’ x 10’ configuration will be strictly enforced - NO ROAMING ALLOWED. All sales must be confined to booth space. All vendors will be responsible for providing and setting up their own booths including tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Vehicles will only be allowed to pull into the booth area for 10 minutes for unloading. All vehicles must be out of the booth area by 4:30pm. No exceptions. Plan to bring all items in boxes and totes that can be easily unloaded and stacked at your booth while you set-up. Event takes place from 5pm to 10pm Friday and 11am to 5pm on Saturday. No early closures. Vendors will be allowed into the booth site to load and unload only, parking during the day will be at another location. For safety reasons, vehicles are not allowed on the festival grounds between 4pm and 11pm on Friday OR 10am and 5pm on Saturday. Please plan accordingly by having staff and totes at your booth space to help set up and close down. I have read the previous rules and will follow them. You may also call 1-800-647-7706 and go to Tax Services.Proof of InsuranceThe Contractor (vendor) agrees to provide a business or personal liability insurance policy with a minimum limit of $300,000 General Liability and $300,000 Property Damage with the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, City of Pullman, the National Lentil Festival and Washington State University listed as “Additional Insured.” Food vendors must provide a business or personal liability insurance policy with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 General Liability and $1,000,000 Property Damage with the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, City of Pullman, Washington State University, and the National Lentil Festival listed as “Additional Insured.” In the event that the National Lentil Festival determines items displayed and or sold by the Contractor represent an additional risk to National Lentil Festival and/or purchasers, an increase in the amount of coverage may be requested at the festival’s discretion. Any exceptions must be approved by the National Lentil Festival and duly noted on this application.
