VENDOR REGISTRATION
Due to the volume of submissions, we anticipate a delay in decision notices. Thank you for your interest and patience!
We look forward to welcoming all businesses and organizations
to submit for consideration as potential vendors at the
2026 National Lentil Festival, presented by Ziply Fiber, on Saturday, Aug. 22!
Prior to starting the registration form below, we ask that vendors take the time to prepare all necessary information:
-
Review our FAQ regarding available discounts and provide specific details on how you meet the criteria. We encourage detailed submissions, which can include:
-
Menu, mock-up, or actual offering/product photos
-
Ingredients or materials
-
Links to social media profiles
-
-
If sharing a booth with a nonprofit organization, one form for the two parties will suffice.
-
A max of two parties will be allowed per 10x10 or10x20 space
-
Due to fire code regulations, no more than one open flame may operate per space, regardless of size. Only food trucks will have access to plug-in power. No vendors (food trucks included) may bring generators
-
-
Priority deadline is May 3, 2026
-
Incomplete submissions will not be considered
-
Late submissions after May 1 may be considered as space allows
-
Submissions review begin March 30, with agreements sent soon after
-
Our team may follow up via email; we ask that you check your Junk or Spam folder
-
Approved vendors will not need to provide proof of liability insurance, payment and if applicable, necessary permits until July 1
-
By completing the form, you agree to the National Lentil Festival approval process:
-
Submission does not guarantee approval
-
All applications are scored via rubric and will receive approval, waitlisted, or denial status based on how closely they align with criteria from the registration form (strong connections to festival themes and commitment to experience and impact)
-
-
Registration may close early if all vendor and sponsor booth spaces are filled
-
Nonprofits may submit for booth consideration. Priority will be given to food, artisan and maker vendors, then nonprofits with direct connections to food and/or agriculture. For community involvement opportunities that are free, visit the FAQs on the National Lentil Festival website home page
-
The National Lentil Festival reserves the right to choose vendors and designate booth locations based on type or needs. No specific location requests should be included in submissions
-
Approved vendors will receive an email with an agreement form for signing and further instructions on payment and verification of insurance and applicable permits. This agreement will specify requirements, provisions and protocols that all vendors and sponsors must follow
